Fantastic stay! The hotel is in a prime location, making it incredibly convenient to explore local attractions. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the exceptional service. A special mention goes to Matt Lin at the front desk, who was absolutely outstanding. Matt was attentive, warm, professional, and genuinely caring throughout our stay. He went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and well looked after. His exceptional hospitality and friendly attitude truly made a difference and are a real asset to the hotel. Tiffany Cheng, Senior Sales Manager, was also remarkably attentive and helpful. The housekeeping team was equally lovely and thoughtful. We truly appreciate the outstanding hospitality from the entire team. Highly recommended for a memorable and wonderful stay!

i value this hotel because of its great location. having a bridge to connect to fortress hill station is awesome. we choose fortress hill because it gives my wife quick logistic to get to worl at TVB. very elegant and price concious with all gym access are my usual required prerequisites. I must applaude Damian,he is my manager and contact for this hotel. He always finds me a decent rate and thats why over the past 4 years i have only stayed with this hotel. （I come back to hong kong 6 or more times ayear）. rooms are a fair size, you get what u pay for

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and what truly made the experience memorable was the exceptional hospitality from the housekeeping team. A special thank you to Cat and Bonnie, who went above and beyond to make us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. Their attention to detail, warm smiles, and thoughtful gestures showed a level of care that felt truly sincere. Every day we returned to a spotless, beautifully prepared room, and it was clear they took great pride in their work. It’s the people who create lasting memories, and Cat and Bonnie are wonderful examples of outstanding service. Their kindness and genuine dedication made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you to the entire team for such a fantastic experience. We will definitely look forward to staying here again!

“Amazing location and even better staff — great for families”

We just wrapped up a 5-week stay here as a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids) and honestly, it flew by. We just wrapped up a 5-week stay here as a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids) and honestly, it flew by. Starting with location because it's such a huge plus — you're right by the harbor, it's a short walk to North Point Pier, and there's even a little covered play area for kids. Tons of restaurants around too, both western and local eastern food, so we never got bored of options. My favorite part though is the covered bridge that connects straight from the hotel to the bus stops and MTR station. On rainy days that is a lifesaver as you don't even need an umbrella. We stayed in the Alexandra Suite, 2 bedrooms plus a living room and small kitchen/dining space, a little over 600 sq ft. Soundproofing and blackout curtains were great, which we really appreciated with two kids on totally different schedules. Only complaints, if I'm nitpicking, is the layout is a bit of a maze in parts (we counted 14 turns just to get to the pool lol), and the suite has some odd partition walls that make it feel a little chopped up. But family suites this size are hard to come by, so it's a great option if you've got kids. Now the real highlight of our stay was the staff. Our housekeeping crew (Cat and team) was incredible! She was so proactive about making sure we were comfortable, and anytime we had a question or an issue, someone responded within minutes. Our stay included breakfast at the cafe and I went down for coffee just about everyday! The cafe staff deserve a shoutout too. The hostess remembered us by day 2, I couldn't believe! The omelet chef was the best! You could just tell the whole team worked really well together every morning, helping each other out and were always polite. Despite the few quirks, the location, the room, and especially the people, made this stay very comfortable.
