Excellent location with easy accessibility by train or car. Staff and service were excellent. Breakfast service was wonderful with large variety of foods for all tastes.

I have stayed at more than 100 hotels over the past five years, and this was by far the best hotel experience I have ever had. Everything about this hotel was exceptional. A few things that really stood out: 1. I was traveling from another continent and was suffering from severe jet lag. I woke up at 3:00 a.m. feeling extremely hungry. Fortunately, room service was available 24/7. I ordered food, and it arrived within 15 minutes. The food was delicious, and the service was incredibly prompt. 2. The breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of options from different cuisines and cultures. The servers were exceptionally kind, attentive, and welcoming. 3. The housekeeping team did an outstanding job. They always came at the right time, never disturbed me, and kept the room spotless throughout my stay. 4. The check-in and check-out processes were seamless and efficient. The front desk team and doormen were consistently friendly, professional, and attentive. From warmly welcoming guests to assisting with doors and helping load luggage into my Uber, their service was impeccable. 5. The room was very well equipped and thoughtfully designed. Slippers were provided, the shower had excellent water pressure, and there was convenient access to drinking water in the room. The bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable, and I especially appreciated the bathroom's separate wet and dry areas. 6. The view from the room was absolutely stunning! Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I would highly recommend it and would gladly stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay highlighted by world-class hospitality, though the club lounge dining left a bit to be desired. The service here is truly top-notch. From the front-line staff to management, everyone was incredibly attentive, with a special shoutout to the manager, Godfrey, who went above and beyond to ensure a seamless experience. However, if you are used to the club lounges at other Hyatt properties in Hong Kong, you might find the food variety here underwhelming. The selection at the Club Lounge is quite limited, and this was particularly noticeable during breakfast. While the stellar service makes this property easy to recommend, a more robust lounge spread would truly elevate the experience to match its sister hotels.

Overall, my stay was acceptable, though not without a few minor issues. The check-in process itself was straightforward, but I did have to wait around 15 minutes before being assisted, which made it seem like the hotel might have been a little short-staffed. The first room I was given had a strong smell that made it uncomfortable. I asked if a room change was possible, and the staff kindly arranged another room. The new room was on a lower floor, so the view wasn't as good, but the bigger issue was that it connected to another room. The soundproofing between the two rooms was quite poor, and I could easily hear the guests next door talking in ordinary voices throughout the evening, which made it difficult to fully enjoy the stay. That said, I do appreciate the staff's polite attitude and willingness to help. With some improvements to the room condition, especially the soundproofing between connecting rooms, I believe the overall guest experience would be much better. The Peking duck was very delicious, but the special promotional price was only available when purchasing a voucher online in advance. A s a hotel guest, I received a 15% discount, which made the meal very reasonably priced.The service was excellent. However, the seating was a little too close together, and neighboring diners were quite noisy, which made it somewhat difficult to relax. Overall, it was still a good experience, with tasty food.
