“No heating !”
As often in China, rooms are large and quite luxurious. But cold and impersonal. There is no heating and it was difficult to take a shower with 18 degrees in the bathroom... Marble decoration of the 50s'

“Great value”
The value equation with the Empark Grand is outstanding. A very large well appointed room including breakfast for, in my case, about US$100 per night. Some patience is needed if you are English speaking, the language skills of the staff are limited, but for comfort in a second or perhaps third tier… more

“Wonderful room but average service”
Hotel seems to be quite recent and facilities are comprehensive. Empark is located North of Changsha city in a residential area, so not sure it is the best place for visiting the city. “Nice room but it ends there”
Very busy hotel located next to the river but well away from the city centre. During my 8 day stay there were at least 4 trade shows meaning the public areas were always busy.
