“Downtown hotel”
Our experience with Novotel is generally positive. This Nanjing hotel is right at downtown with the city's prime shopping malls steps away. Room is neat and spacious with a city view. Housekeeping, however, needs improvement. Price is very competitive, though.

“Please review before booking!”
Receptionist mentioned hotel is non-smoking hotel, maybe we are unlucky and got a level which people keep smoking at the corridor and causes the whole level is smoky and smoking smell. “Faulty passenger lift and hotel email not working”
Every good except the faulty passenger lift. The door is not opening properly. This is shocking as we at level 36 of hotel. Before arrival sent few emails. But all rejected. Hotel management need to check their email address or make sure it is live.
