“True luxury in Suzhou”
We thought that we would visit Suzhou to see the old town and the canals, but this hotel experience was so amazing that we just stayed on the island the whole time. “Relaxing stay”
Beautiful property. It is truly a resort within a city. The amenities were great - gym, sauna, pools. The service was outstanding. Team members went above and beyond to make the stay memorable. I would recommend paying a bit greater attention to cleaning (however, there were no major issues).
