“Very good business hotel”
Overall it is a very good business hotel. Nice setting, very good breakfast buffet. Too bad that some tiles in the bathroom were broken which gave the otherwise good room a run-down feeling. Was staying there for 5 days for the first time and it was good. The receptionits are all friendly, helpful and their english is perfect. The room was big and clean. After a long trip you will be quicly checked in and you can rest in your room which you can make dark and quiet even if it is mid of the day. “Getting old”
Much dirtier than a few years ago, especially the bathroom was very dirty. The location is of course ok in the center of taicang. Wifi is very good. Service is mediocre, breakfast and dinner are good, but I was not able to get a glass of red wine. English is poor.
