“Nice place ”
Reception staff very nice , I met melody and she listen to very carefully inspite if having communication gap , still everything was resolved.. Whenever I visit Suzhou hotel indigo is going to be my only choice.

“Nice and wonderful ”
The hotel was great. Reception is amazing on the highest floor. Also the view in the restaurant unbelievable. Rooms are quite nice. “Not up to standards compared to other Indigo.”
It's actually hard to write this review as Indigo is my favorite IHG brand. But unfortunately Indigo Grand Canal just wasn't up to par. Mainly the problems are around cleanliness.
