“hotel isperfect”
location is perfect,service is nice,the lobby is very beautiful,stuffs are all helpful,bellman always stand by and be ready to supply service.reception is always smiling and hartwarm.All,this is a nice experience

The location is perfect! 2 streets behind the hotel is one of the famous streets of Suzhou - Guanqian Street & Kaiming Theatre. It’s very close to loads of restaurants and shops. “So friendly and welcoming”
Spent a nice 3 nights here. Very friendly staff. That included everyone from front of house ( BIllie) kitchen and waiting staff and room cleaners too. “Package holiday stuff”
This is not five stars by any means. Our room was 182 steps from the lift that had a mind of its own...the internet was at best poor and at worst useless and the food was catering for the Chinese guest only. English was met with a tittering of embarrassment and one operator after the next.
