As always at the Wanda relaxation and great service. Ammeneties are plentiful. Romm was upgraded and spacious. The hotel is a bit out of the way but a good place to explore. “Great location, spacious rooms and courteous staff”
Hotel is right across a huge mall, easy access to food and entertainment. Rooms are big and beds are comfortable. Breakfast buffet offers a large variety. “Great hotel”
My review will be somewhat biased, because I was upgraded to an Executive Suite on arrival but even if I had paid for it I would have been delighted. Chinese hotels are not expensive by Western European standards, and even at full price this suite would be cheaper than a lot of very ordinary Europe… more

“Beautiful hotel but service to be improved”
Definitively not an hotel for tourist given the fact the personnel barely speak English. I got the lounge executive but apart the size not sure what was the plus. The food is not too bad. The support to the conference I have attended not at the expected level. The entrance is beautiful
