“Amazing Hotel”
Wow, this is an amazing accommodation. Beautiful entrance and very elegant. The rooms were definitely roomy, and had everything in there that you needed. “Great hotel.”
Hangzhou is an amazing huge city. Clean streets. Great views getting there. The highways are impeccable. Hotel was clean. Food was good. Breakfast was wonderful, so many choices. Rooms were clean and staff was friendly enough.

“Elegant and classy”
Very nice hotel - rooms have upgraded amenities - beds comfortable - shower had lots of pressure - lovely view of the city. Breakfast mostly Chinese fare but non-Chinese can find something to enjoy. Staff very friendly and helpful.

“Grand New Century Hotel in English”
Unfortunately to find on Tripadvisor as it is only listed by the Chinese name! This is a great hotel in any language. We were fortunate enough to be upgraded to a club room on the 23rd floor. We insisted on non smoking and that is the only place they had anything close to it. The room was wonderful… more
