“Very good”
Was a bit worried after some reviews, but friendly staff (most speak Basic english). Good Room with some complimentaries (Very generous btw) and Nice location near the subway. Great If you're taking the train to suzhou or Hangzhou the other day

“Good place to stay near transport”

“Not bad, just fine”
Stayed here for 2 nights for an expo at NECC. The hotel is in a convenient location if you need to get to T1 and also close to the metro. “Surprisingly not very friendly!”
This hotel is certainly not business friendly! The ability to assist in English is fairly difficult. As this was a room booked at the last minute and close to the hotel. It's not one that I would recommend. The hotel is one of the older ones with the tv even like 15 years old!!!
