Good 4* hotel, downtown Shanghai. Spacious clean room, everyday like brandnew snowwhite towels. Only the heater works in the room, so the room is always 27 degrees, which can be hot on times during spring when I was there. Facilities were ok. But when checking in we were asked for $300 deposit which was a suprise. We already booked and paid for the rooms so this was very unethical. Their reasoning was the mini bar.
