“Friendly hotel staff”
Very friendly hotel staff. Nice, clean room. very good breakfast, i really enjoy in morning noodle soup. Amazing experience. Top location, near to the lake, not so far from subway, shoping mall. Recommended.

“Nice breakfast”
My colleague and me enjoyed this nice breakfast. The environment was nice, clean and tidy. Totally recommended. They offer many kinds of food and beverages. The staff has nice level of English and Spanish I've got surprised. For sure we will repeat next trip to Shanghai.

“Wonderful experience”
We have been in this hotel for the weekend and it has been a wonderful experience, I really recommend it!! Furthermore if you are a Spanish speaker you should ask about David, he is really nice and will try to help you in everything!
