“Perfect for family of 5”
We enjoyed an excellent 3-night stay here. Our apartment was wonderfully spacious with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Our 3rd child slept on the couch and the hotel provided bedding (once requested). “Everything we've ever wanted in a serviced residence!”
Since 2014 we've been visiting Suzhou and staying here. The flat is spacious, clean, relatively child-safe and awesome! “Good location, but a lots of improvement needed”
This was the second time we stayed at this hotel due to the convenient location. Room is very spacious, however the maid service needs a lot of improvement. “Not very organized”
We arrived as a group of 16 and it took over 90 minutes to check in. We did book the Rooms 5 months in advance, but that did not help.
