“Nice staff, breakfasts”
This is perfect for people who are doing most of their business/tourism on Pudong side. Staff are friendly and accommodating. English is quite good for Shanghai hotel standards. Nice clean rooms (carpets need a deep clean) and good breakfasts for both Chinese and Western options.

“Grand Park - Only hotel building looks are Grand”
