“Absolute gem!”
This historic hotel exudes elegance from the inside out. We actually didn’t realize its importance until a few days in and noticed tour groups constantly stopping by to take photos of the beautiful facade. “Great Hotel and service!”
Had a lovely stay for 9 days at the Park hotel in Shanghai, rooms were spacious, great view, breakfast downstairs had a lot of variety and overall loved the exceptional service and convenient location. Close to the bund and a lot of tourist areas. Highly recommended!

“Good safe choice”
A good safe choice of hotel very centrally located at People's square. Staff are very friendly and very good buffet breakfast. Spacious rooms however the ensuits are a little small and the sensor toilet seat is a bit annoying. Would stay again
