“This hotel never fails to deliver”
I have been staying in this hotel, on occasion, for 10 years and it always provides an excellent experience - in terms of its location, facilities and always through the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff.

“Cozy hotel with too much greens around”
The city of chengdu is much bigger and developed than we thought.Thus getting around would be a challenge sometimes as Google map doesn't work out.We had very detailed guide from both the duty manager and Concierge. “Millennium Hotel, Chengdu”
Stayed here as part of a tour group with Wendy Wu. Rooms were comfortable, but starting to shows signs that they could do with a makeover. Bar staff were friendly and went out of their way to look after you. Breakfast had a good selection.

“ENGINEER”
Bad experience to have gotten doubling charges, once at reservation and once again at check out. It is a serious mistake that should not have occurred at any hotel at all. This is the first time experience for my life time.
