“Hairy”
Got a free upgrade to a large suite room, but I'm not very happy with the stay. The carpets are dirty, filled with human hair. I don't think they vacuum properly... or at all. The bottom of the provided single use slippers are full of hair after taking only a few steps. Pool seems closed forever. T… more

“Okay, but run down”
The former Renaissance Hotel hasn't renovated after taken over. The staff don't speak english at all. The standard breakfast and service are continously decreasing I will not come back for my Next stay.

“Perfect location but ordinary rooms”
On my way from the train station to the hotel, it took the taxi driver quite a while to find the hotel as its name was changed recently. It would be a good idea to have the telephone number of the hotel handy, so the taxi driver can call the hotel for directions. The hotel is in a perfect location… more
