“Stylish mimimalistic quiet place smack in the old city .”
The hotel is almost Japanese in outlook : spacious rooms , beautiful bathrooms , windows on the patio or street . English speaking management makes things easy . They come and meet you at Yu yuan road and take you and your luggage via the back to the hotel . Via the frontdoor you are within minutes… more

“Excellent host and hotel”
4 ladies visited Lijiang in Dec 2018 and Jianshe guest house was the absolutely right choice! Great location, clean room, delicious breakfast and awesome and helpful host! We really appreciate the owner’s helps when we had some issues during our trips.

“Excellent manager, lovely room”
This place stood out for us on our trip. Excellent, friendly reception. Homely breakfast. We booked the mountain view deluxe room which was superb. Spacious, great bath, very clean, and away from the din of the nightlife. Would stay again.
