“Comfy, well-located hotel”
Hangzhou Huagang HNA Resort is located within a few minutes walk of West Lake on the west side, making it ideal for exploring the charms of the water and surrounding features. “Great location, average service, in need of renovation”
Very scenic walks adjacent to the hotel. Rooms badly in need of refurbishment- peeling paint, tiles missing in shower (holes plugged with wood) but spacious enough. Food OK but fairly repetitive day-to-day. Hard to find staff with even passable English
