“Good customer service”
Nice staff to assist during check in, check out and they will help to receive parcels when you're not in. Umbrella may be borrowed during bad weather. Secured place with card access to floor for lift facility. Small but clean rooms with variety of tv channels. Good location,walking distance to pub… more

“You get what you pay flr”
Cheap hotel, comfortable, perfect for a short visit. Will always stay here when going to Hangzhou for a personal visit. Will recommend it over other hotels in the area that are more expensive but offer little more than what Ibis provides. Good for kids too.

“better than average”
given only ONE packet of Chinese TEA PER day NO restaurant - NO breakfast was available in Hotel although advertised in Good quality restaurants not available near hotel NO metro near the hotel - which is a pity
