“Spacious Rooms at the River Bank”
We arrived with relatives around noon. Our rooms were only minutes from being ready. They offered all of us waiting at their club lounge (even our relatives were not eligible for the lounge access, they were offered this one time courtesy). “Great place to stay. Beautiful view of the Qiantang River. Sakura or Gingko leaves depending on the season.”
Was pleasantly upgraded to deluxe room upon checking in. Room was on the 14th floor and even though it was near the lift, it was quiet. No disturbance at all.
