Cozy, Clean, Nice Thai themed interiors. Good location if the trip is for business as it's situated at the middle of the business district of HangZhou. A bit but not that far from the tourist destinations (West Lake). But there's a seafood market/restaurant/food court in the vicinity and some interesting street food stalls that pop up during the night nearby. Excellent menu on the breakfast buffet. Reasonably priced. Very helpful staff but limited English but they respond quickly on the request to chance to a new room because of some weird smell. Not a big deal, but it's nice to have a better room without that smell. Overall, it's a pleasant experience. Definitely would come back on my next business trip.

You need to have a basic grasp of Chinese,to enjoy your stay here.A chinese business hotel ,staff did try to be helpful.but with no english whatever, communication in english is a REAL Problem.The young waitress attempted to solve this problem by giving us a hand written note,In Chinese,which she waved in front of us,as if to say "The whole World speaks Chinese,so why cant you ??" Hotel was too far from anywhere,Hangzhou traffic is awful,the locals becoming a touch too proud. Luckily we found an english-speaking man who sped us through the maze of the ticket office,otherwise we would still be waiting in the street.Finally, the locals were most hospitable and eager to help us. In all for chinese business men visiting the University or the computer city,its a fine choice.
