“Very good experience”
I have to say that Mark is a professional hotel receptionist. He has provided a variety of suggestions for our trip to Hangzhou and upgraded the hotel room type for us. The facilities and services of the hotel are perfect, which brings us a comfortable living experience. I really enjoy it!

“Can't get any better than this”
Wow, this hotel exceeded my expectations. Modern and luxurious, with extremely helpful and friendly staff. Got upgraded to an extremely spacious room with a living space and a massive bathroom. My husband and I stayed at The East Hotel in Hangzhou for 3 nights.
