First time to Hangzhou, first time to visit Westlake. Best decision ever to choose this hotel for a family birthday celebration. Staff were super accommodating and friendly. “Very big property, good service.”
This property has their own park near the lake. Very appropriate for couples who want to take a retreat from the city's hustle bustle. Spread at the breakfast was good. Security is one of the highlight of the property.

“Beautiful landscapes and spectacular West lake views”
I feel it is better than West lake as much less tourists inside hotel area. Beautiful landscapes and spectacular West lake views, the facilities are out of date but quite traditional. Walking distance to West Lake, especially Leifeng Pagoda.
