“Excellent service”
The hotel was pretty good, Service by their Duty manager James Wang was excellent, He made reservation process easy and overall stay was excellent, very good breakfast menu, Being a Hilton Honour Gold member I got free upgrade to suite and late check out

Stayed only 1 night in Jiaxing Hilton - gym was well equipped and principally well maintained - rooms were nicely decorated and in principle clean - unfortunately, the ceiling / walls / door of the room were not at all sound proof - hence, very noisy environment from eg the floor above - not really… more
