We booked a superior gallery room for two adults and one child. It was amazing Its clearly had a huge refurbished since the pictures on here and do not do it justice. We had a beautiful view from the balcony beach view on one side and pool view the other. The room was very clean and changed towels and cleaned during our stay. The breakfast buffet was perfect, wide range of choice and my 11 year old loved it too. The staff were so friendly and helpful and made our stay extra special. We would most definitely go back and stay here. I cant recommend enough.

Let’s start with the resort itself, we booked a superior gallery apartment for 2 adults and 1 child. It was spacious enough, nice little kitchen and living room area and a balcony. All bedrooms and living area had air conditioning. The balcony overlooked the pool and the sea, spacious enough for 2 adults to sit and relax in the evenings or mornings. The resort is quiet and peaceful which is exactly what we wanted but close enough to head into Old Trogir (about a 5 minute drive). The beach was a 2 minute walk from the room and our reservation included breakfast every day. Breakfast varied from cereal, croissants, bread, rolls, to hot and cold meats and various juices and teas and coffees. They offered several spreads as well as fruit and vegetables. Breakfast was from 7:30 - 10:30 each morning. We checked in quite late so they left a note for us advising what room we were in. Unfortunately there are no elevators, so if you have mobility issues, the 3 flights of stairs might be a lot - it was for me after 8 nights 😊. Our room was located on the third floor, amazing views. We had a little kitchen area which had what we needed but would have liked a dust pan/brush, broom and maybe a little handheld hoover. You will have to make sure you get toilet roll and basics like that yourself. Towels will be changed every 3 days and if you need laundry to be done, as well as cleaning of the room, that is charged additionally. Rooms have a kettle, hair dryer and sockets but could probably benefit from a few more sockets as well as shelves in the shower for all your items. We had an issue with our room where a drain was extremely smelly, we let the staff know who did everything to get the problem sorted and eventually moved us to another room (same type, same floor) where there was no smell. The staff team were unbelievably amazing, they took care of our laundry, ensured we had a fresh and clean room and let us check out later due to our flight not being until 18:00. They all communicated so well, they were effective and listened to every request and ensured this was met. I can’t remember the last time I’ve had such good customer service. We will definitely make sure to return. If you need a good restaurant in the area, Vila Tina is really good - about a 5 minute walk.

We booked a night here through Expedia, which was a huge mistake. Expedia had completely screwed up our reservation. They booked us at a hotel with the same name in Dubrovnik, but had sent us all of the info and the address for this hotel. Even though they have a three night minimum, they were able to get us a room for a single night, and they spent a good deal of time with us working through the problem with Expedia. They ended up saving us hundreds of dollars. The service here is amazing. I couldn’t recommend them more.

“Outstanding”

Apartment is very spacious and well equipped. Service, Cleanliness ,Breakfast, View and Amenities are all very good. The gym however is not up to normal standard.
