Villa has several apartments with private entrances. Our apartment #3 was spacious, consisted of 2 rooms with a large patio and cat included:) There is everything you need: a small kitchen with all stuff plus microwave and dishwasher (never used it). Maybe someone will need a washing machine (there is no such) but we didn't need it. We came by car and got a great parking place under grape trees. It is a bit uncomfortable to put luggage into the apartment because you cannot park car for a long near your door (Stikovica 37), so you should be fast. You can choose another way - take your luggage and carry it by the steps from the central entrance but it will be too hard. Nevertheless we coped with it successfully. Stikovica is a small and nice village. You can always find a place on the beach, at least in the morning:) There are some cafes but any product store. We have read about it, so we were ready. We used to drive to a large Konzum in Dubrovnik, near the main bus station. Please also note that villa doesn't have a reception, so you need to be in touch with a host by phone.

Just got back from this lovely little laid back apartment , with the prettiest patio and view. Marijeta the owner is lovely and went out of her way to make sure we had a lovely stay, even dropping off chocolate and wine for my birthday. No shop as said before , so a car is a good idea, we managed to shop by Kayak which fun. The Laterna next door has a wonderful restaurant run by Luca and Miya , who made the evening very special.

“Early season”

What a wonderful place really quiet place, 6 kilometre north of the city. Very little there take any provision with you as the nearest shop is a long walk away. We had 2 beers, 2 bottles of water. What a wonderful place really quiet place, 6 kilometre north of the city. Very little there take any provision with you as the nearest shop is a long walk away. We had 2 beers, 2 bottles of water. A carton of orange juice and ground coffee left for us. There is a little dish washer and tablets there. If you are going into Dubrovnik the local bus stops at the end of the road at the far end of the village. I couldn't recommend the pizzeria just below the apartment by the beach highly enough. I view from our bedroom widow was breathtaking. The garden was full of some beautiful tree with highly scented flowers.

“Great apartment, fantastic location! ”

The location is fantastic and you can see the beach from the apartment, which is less than 5 minutes walk away. There are two restaurants in the beach, one of which is a pizzeria with incredible food and prices. The apartment itself was very clean and the housekeeper was very friendly and helpful… more

The location is fantastic and you can see the beach from the apartment, which is less than 5 minutes walk away. There are two restaurants in the beach, one of which is a pizzeria with incredible food and prices. The apartment itself was very clean and the housekeeper was very friendly and helpful. The facilities completely catered for our needs, the air con, wifi etc all worked fine. The hotel next door (Vila Lanterna) run a shuttle bus into Dubrovnik old town 4 times a day which you can use even though you're not a guest. I think our main issue was that there wasn't a shop near by which was a bit tricky for self catering, but it isn't too difficult to get a bus to the shop. I would definitely stay here again.
