“Modern and friendly hotel with great wellness”

Quite ok location 5 min drive from Karlovy Vary, easy to park and short walk to nearby park for relax. CheckIn was fast and even earlier, some issues with elevator but those were fixed quite quickly. Quite ok location 5 min drive from Karlovy Vary, easy to park and short walk to nearby park for relax. CheckIn was fast and even earlier, some issues with elevator but those were fixed quite quickly. Hotel room was clean, nicely prepared, with nice shower and even rgb lighting. Housekeeping awesome, managed to break a glass, cut myself and stain the sheet, and their first question was if I am ok and need some medical attention, then changed everything. Private wellness was awesome, big whirlpool with sauna and complimentary cold water (believe me this is not a standard). Little downside are windows everywhere with foils preventing people watching inside, so it feels little open, but you can get over it very quickly. Bar is nice area with comfy chairs and small but nice selection of drinks. Little on the expensive side but with size and taste well worth it. The only drawback was the food. Breakfast was nice, smaller selection but hotel was not that full so it’s expected, but dinners were the problem. Food was bland, bad selection, weird portions and did not taste good. We were given menu 2 days before arrival and picked from that, but ultimately I just ate a small salad and next day ate out. Apart from the food it was awesome experience, lovely and helpful staff, seen whole city, drank hot mineral waters and enjoyed hotel stay a lot!

It offers free breakfast, nothing special but its ok to start your day. It is very good for short stays, if you want to stay longer better take a hotel in the city.

“Nice Hotel”

Nice new hotel, but no restaurant for dinner, they offer a lovely breakfast, and bar i do believe if they operated a restaurant on site it would be beneficial. It wouldn't have to be anything fancy. There are no restaurants in this area, you have to take a bus/taxi into town in order to eat.

The hotel is modern and decent. We didn’t have any problems while checking in or out. As we came by car and stayed for one night the access was pretty easy as the hotel is close to the junction on the Karlove Vary by pass road (yet not close enough to hear noise). There’s also free parking for guests. In the room there is a quite big comfortable bed, a coffee table (though just with one chair while the room is double ?!), a wardrobe and a mini-bar fridge. The bathroom is modern and nice, with a walk in shower, though quite small. Some people in their comments complained about the traffic on the road in front, but to our view it was limited, especially at night. The breakfast was fine – typical hotel standards. Though at the time we visited in summer there were no special COVID-19 preventive measures taken (like we experienced in other hotels that we visited). As for a four star hotel the equipment of the room is very poor (or one can even say that below the standards). Firstly, there is no desk so if anyone needs to work or so it may be difficult. There’s no tea-coffee facility, or even no free bottles of water. The room’s door doesn’t have a lock to close it the room from inside, while water in the shower was quite cold. Also the lighting in the room is very limited, so it’s pretty dark. Additional lamps like e.g. standing (which are present in many hotels) is definitely required. Last but not least – the rooms are not airconditioned. In our case maybe it wouldn’t be a problem if not the fact that we were unlucky to get a room on the (low) ground floor next to the bar and hotel’s entrance, so then both: because of noise and safety reasons we couldn’t leave the window open.

THEY CHARGED ME 100 euros ( 2.500 ck ) , accusing me of breaking one light near the parking area . I did not see it And they tried to show me a vídeo from their cam. Well , unfair . Seeing the scenarium , the lights are close to drive way And the place too Dark And rainning , it is still possible for some driver to reach the light . But there were another car same kind And color but , I decided not to arguy . But for sure very unfair ,cause they alteady had the price of the device And maintInance Costs. Anyway, too far from KV.
