We were suddenly lucky. This is one of respectable (in russian language it sound like - wery rich for wery serious and slow-acts people, which manupulates their millions by internet, but lives a smooth simple bourgeois life), perfectly clean and perfectly shines this kind of inner shiny, which hides a vividment of a real brilliant. Shortly - this si an excellent place. We did live there about a week, with a child 4 y.o. Old remastered building, with a special elevators which adapted for the old Praue architecture. Modern designed room, modern designed lobby, comfortable dinner-place (we did took a breakfast every morn, it was a personal independent "Thank You, all of You" - it is tasty and wide-of-eat feast, for all of a kind of wishes), and good location - very close to a railway station, and step-by-access to Old Town. Personnel = very delicate and polite. Even then I was angry, they were kind ald gentle, and did solve all of the problems...and not to expensive (We did need a taxi from hotel to airport, and we get an quotation from reception of hotel about 650...700 Kr. I was prepared to pay it. But finally they get for us a 900 Kr - car. I was angry because I have no such money for it - last minute is "no-national-current" time... But - it was a perfect, high comfortable car - Skoda Superb Limited Edition - and it was a perfect tramp in my life... It cost each a penny....) No any complains. We did not see then the personnel did change sheets, then they did clean. Everything was suddenly perfect. Fridge in a room. Bath in a room (with hot water... very hot, as we like)... Old-kind wooden window with a smith-locks, which looks like 1940-years made (but greased, fixed, and working perfectly, suddenly). Good noise-insulation (we did not hear neighourghs, not hear a lift, but live near of a shacht. Our best recommendations. If the price is forcable for You. Now it cost five times bigger that 500 euro which I did pay.

“Prague 2024”

Hotel close to the train station. Room was good. Could have done with a couple of hooks in the bathroom. Bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. Breakfast had a good hot and cold selection. Bar was small but the staff were really nice.

There were many positives for us during our stay here. The staff were friendly and attentive, the rooms large and packed with plenty of amenities and a lovely breakfast buffet. It's located about a 15 minute walk from Old Town square - not too far but far enough that it is away from the crowd noi... more

There were many positives for us during our stay here. The staff were friendly and attentive, the rooms large and packed with plenty of amenities and a lovely breakfast buffet. It's located about a 15 minute walk from Old Town square - not too far but far enough that it is away from the crowd noise. However, the tram noise outside is still loud and the rooms are difficult to control the temperature in. The Wi-Fi is also slow. Despite these though we enjoyed our stay here.

The hotel is nice, a quirky design & in a good location only a 10 minute walk from the main areas of Wencelas Square & the Old Town. The room itself felt a little small for what is called a superior room but had ample storage & a free safe. There was no main bathroom but a separate shower cubicle, a separate toilet & a basin in the room which meant nowhere to hang or dry your towels. As mentioned in previous reviews the room was either too hot or too cold & we could not control the temperature. I took earplugs but my husband hardly slept for the 3 nights we were there due to the noise from the tram (running all night & making the room shake at times) & noise from people talking going back to their rooms at night. The breakfast was OK, nothing special but was a good choice but on the last morning there were 2 dogs in the breakfast room who were being walked around by their owners while they were getting food next to the plates. The one dog had its head on them! I have nothing against dogs but I don't think this is very hygenic! Hotel was decorated lovely for Christmas & staff very friendly & helpful but the lack of sleep for us means we probably wouldn't ever go back.
