Hats off to Victor, the receptionist, who truly went the extra mile to assist with our religious rituals. Massive thanks for the exceptional understanding shown by the staff in this hotel. Sometimes, it's all about feeling truly understood. Kudos!

Stayed the first weekend in February for 3 nights, there were 9 in our group visiting for a (relatively subdued) stag weekend. On arrival I think there was a little confusion over the rooms as we had 5 rooms booked between us but this was soon cleared up and we were given our keys. Rooms were clean, well presented and spacious with everything you could need in them (tv, kettle, safe etc). Hot water was good and decent shower. The beds were made each day and were pretty comfy although very small duvets. The only negative about the room was the temperature, it was extremely hot and the air con did not seem to do anything to help. We just opened a window so no major issue. Breakfast was varied with cold meats, cereals, pastries, eggs etc. Some things a little cold and some odd choices such as rice dishes but I guess this is just to cater for different cultures (no English sausage or bacon). The hotel also puts on a free brunch 12-4 with a similar selection. Location really is great, not right on the central streets but only a couple of streets away which is ideal. 5 minutes walk to Wenceslas Square and maybe 15 minutes to the Old Town square. All in all this hotel worked great for our needs and I would stay here again as it was fantastic value.

Hotel is in a great location. The rooms are spacious. Well stocked with towels, hot drink supplies and also toiletries. The room was extremely hot though and the air con didn't work to cool it down so we had to have the window open quite a bit. There were two issues we had - one was how dirty the carpet was in the room. We understand that people walk in daily and have pushchairs and luggage but a regular clean would make the room so much better. We then had on our last night a dog, which had been left in a room, barking and crying for a couple of hours. It woke our baby up quite a few times as it was so loud. Check in is straight forward and they have a luggage room handy. We used it for the morning and the day we left. Breakfast is standard. A selection of hot, cold foods, cereals, toast and yoghurts. They have an afternoon snack area too, which has soup, bread and small sandwiches.
