This is my third stay at the Fleur des Lis Hotel, my favorite hotel in Prague (and I have stayed in many hotels over 30 years of visiting). I returned for a second stay last May. Each of my visits to this hotel is for three weeks, so I get to know it very well. The staff is superb! The rooms are large and very comfortable with large bathrooms, air conditioning, and a good breakfast. The location is in Vinohrady, one of Prague's most desirable neighborhoods, with award winning restaurants, and many shops. A metro and tram stop are very close and can take you to the center in minutes. I recommend it very highly!

I spent 21 days in this charming and lovely hotel The staff is very courteous. The rooms are very clean, the bed was very comfortable, and there is cleaning service everyday. A kettle is provided for coffee and tea, there is also a mini bar, and satellite television stations in many languages. Location is great being close to a metro stop and tram lines. Located in Vinhorady, on of of the most desirable neighborhoods in Prague. I am returning in May for another long stay.

Our 3rd hotel in 11 day s,central Prague,a curious ,Glam ,style,French Bling,over the top ,multipull Chandeliers EVERYWHERE. Our 3rd hotel in 11 day s,central Prague,a curious ,Glam ,style,French Bling,over the top ,multipull Chandeliers EVERYWHERE. Full length Drapes at every window,with pelmets and tiebacks,all very clean and tidy. We had a huge room on forth floor accessed buy curious lift,our room had a extra large bed,with the luppiest large pillows ever??The bed creaked at the slightest movement. There was,a kettle and a fridge with a mini bar,payable ,even bottled water at a price although there were lots of drink mats, it stated that the water was perfectly safe to drink, the water is perfectly safe to drink,fine from the tap. Large wifi tv,Settee and side chairs and large floor rug on a serioously scatched,wooden floor.LARGE bathroom accessed through to slideing doors. Down for breakfast-A continental cold table,lots very sweet cakes,and a very dissapointing cooked breakfast,mainly boiled sausage,cold baked beans,teppid scrambled egg,poor cheap cold cooked bacon one day in four.,this was in weird plastic top containers?? WE had a serious water supply problem,although we were told it was perfectly safe to drink tap water,one day our e,in to shower,water came out dirty brown,no one at reception told us there was a problem,we told reception they said run taps,still dirty,so we went out est day,bought water. to us to explain the situation,so we went out few hours,came back,water back on,filled kettlwater taps,shower,toilet supply became a dribble,No one came tell us ,off for hours,so no wash ,cup tea,toilet,had to go out.it cleared at 7pmdrank bottled water,clearly a supply problem as banging pipes.
