The hotel was nice, rooms are clean and comfortable, staff are very nice. Only marking down to 4 due to a mistake on my booking where I had been booked in a day early, so was waiting in reception whilst they had to check if someone was in my room or not. Location is good. NOT in the centre but very close to a subway. We were walking the whole time. ALL rooms rates (I think) include breakfast which is a bonus. Breakfast is okay nothing special. Hotel is ok for a city break. Near the underground and Andel which is a little shopping centre with everything needed. We had to change room due to the traffic noise from the main road.
