“City break in Prague”
Beautiful clean hotel with very friendly staff. The hotel is a bit outside the centre of Prague but we found the walk in lovely and I'm sure booking taxis wouldn't be a problem. “Warm and welcoming”
Beautiful hotel within walking distance of lots of attractions, lovely breakfast which costs 12 euro per person which is not bad for what you can get, friendly staff and was even able to check in earlier than normal which was lovely

“3 night, 2 day stay”
My daughter and I just got back from a 3 night trip. The staff at reception were helpful and when we asked for extra pillows , this was provided the same day. “Belongings go missing- do not stay here !”
I noticed 2 days into my stay that my jumper was missing from the room . We brought it up to the girl on the front desk and her reply was “you decide to tell me at 5 to 9 at night” .
