“A nice hotel in Prague, ideally situated near tramstop.”
Lovely hotel in an old, period building. Rooms have been renovated but could still be slightly better. Room size was immense and we had a small balcony. Bed quite firm, but that suited me. “A hotel which served it's basic purpose”
Reception staff on arrival was not very friendly. He had his airpods in and didn't really seem at all interested. Rooms themselves were clean and spacious, the shower had excellent pressure. Hotel in my opinion does NOT deserve 4 stairs. I would say 2. Some people working in reception are not friendly, cleaning service also could be better - someone took towels but I did not receive new one, no toilet paper.
