cleanliness, effectiveness, friendliness of the staff, very connected to the historic center and other places (bus, tram, metro...) supermarkets....There is no review, why everything was perfect, even the staff who work at the hotel

“Excellent”

Everything was nice and clean when we came. Staff is friendly and very understanding. It's very close (5 minutes) to the tram station that takes you to the city center (10 minutes ride). Definitely would reccomend staying here!

We stayed 3 nights in the hotel 8 -11 May 2021. The service is perfect. The room is perfect. It is a wonderful place. We've decided, that If we go once again to Prague, there is no doubt that we'll book only in this hotel. The best in Prague. Many thanks to the staff of the hotel.

Booked in June 2020, Left in March 2021, I had a room on the 2nd floor, with a massive king size bed, flat screen with Netflix in bedroom and lounge as well as two single beds, perfect for storing suitcases on, Air Conditioning to the apartment coupled with heating, the kitchen is stocked enough to make a decent meal, microwave, oven, and hotplates, with two supermarkets within walking distance tescos/kaufland you can cook for yourself as the area is lacking places to eat, service station over the road for snacks. The Internet and WIFI in the place is wonderful only dropped once in 6 months. The Bathroom has massive mirror , and two sinks so two folks can get ready at once, I think two people could shower together too as that was big for european style shower, with rain style shower, the washing machine is there also, plus a drying rack over a towel heater , perfect if you need to do some laundry, the pegs in the walk in robe area near front door are perfect to dry clothes on hanger too, ample supply even for women of coat hangers. The area is well serviced with buses to Flora, Florence, Chodov, and other places to get Trains to other places in the city, a short walk to kaufland for trams 11/14 into town and towards prague 7 and 3 alike, also for those that like to keep fit its around some good hills to exercise on, plus near kaufland buses take you to Pankrac a business kind of area and Shopping mall route 188, route 150 takes you past the hotel so you don't need to walk up the hill either. The staff at the residence are wonderful, if you order goods they will sign for these and deliver to your room, for bulky items that's your job, LOL, I asked for sheets , towels, toilet rolls, and other items and they were given with a smile, the rooms at the back are very quiet, don't know the ones that overlook the main road, Anna and Frank helped with with a lot of translation from czech to english and vice versa, plus with directions to places, I got to know Frank when he was there, I hope he does great with his studies, I was totally amazed with this place from day one, if you are there a long time they may allow you to use the mailboxes too with a key supplied. In closure when I come back to Prague which I hope to do again after all this Covid mess, which said the residence stayed open over lockdowns (THANK YOU) for you, I will come back, however I may try a different room on the 3rd floor or maybe a road facing one and see how that is, its a pity the 4th floor is Perma booked. But thanks to the staff and owner of this residence a wonderful stay from June 2020 to March 2021. Thank you Paul.
