“Good stay”
It was a very good stay and close to Home of Carlsberg and Zoo. Very easy to commute by train to CPH centrum.

“Excellent Hotel 😀👍🏻”
We stayed in the Ottilia Hotel for two nights and had a great time. Top Hotel - We would definitely stay there again!

“Good & Bad”
There are good & bad points about Hotel Ottalia. Overall it’s a good hotel. It’s a great building & the historical links to the Carlsberg Brewery are nice to see. “Great design but poor unwelcoming customer service that ultimately ruined the experience”
Had to move rooms - twice! First time I wasn't given a Heritage suite, then when I did it was so small with no windows and air con that didn't work.
