“rarely encountered such true hospitality and understanding”
November 2025 While traveling recently in Ecuador, my wife became ill, was treated at Metropolitan Hospital in Quito, and was unable to continue our trip to Cuenca. “Always amazing”
It’s always an amazing experience to stay at this hotel. I never get tired of it. This time, I stayed at room no. 2 and even though it didn’t feature a desk and chair for work, it wasn’t a biggie.
