“Carnival in Cuenca”

“Good experience, but loud”
Overall enjoyable stay. Close to the airport and downtown, staff friendly, rooms clean, included breakfast enjoyable. The only issue is that it can be quite loud - the windows/walls don't have much in the way of insulation, so bring ear plugs. I stayed at Apartamentos Otorongo at the end of my trip… more
