“Great stay!”
Great hotel! The staff were excellent. They were alway available to answer questions in English or Spanish.The location is great. Even though they don’t offer dinner service, they made us dinner while we were on lockdown! Highly recommend.

“Lovely place to stay”
Beautiful place to stay. It’s like 20- 30 minutes walk to center depending on how slow or fast you walk. 10 minutes walk you get to a mall and lots of restaurants and shops there. “Loved the Ecuadorian breakfast experience!”
We stayed here as part of our G Adventures tour. The hotel is in a good location, it's central to most of the city and in walking distance for the majority of it. The rooms are fairly clean and a good size. Staff are very friendly, welcoming and will go out of their way to help you with anything. B… more

“Good hotel in Cuenca”
Good hotel in Cuenca. Approximately 15 minutes by foot to the historic center. Safe and quiet area. Rooms are nice, but you can hear all the noise from the hall and stairway. A couple of nice common areas.

“Mediocre location and installing smoke alarm”
A little surprised at the ranking for this hotel. I wouldn't stay here if it wasn't for being on a tour. It's about 15 minute walk to anything. So the location was not really convenient.
