“Excellent stay at Hotel Presidente”
Love this hotel. Very clean, helpful staff. Excellent breakfast spread located on the 9th floor...with sweeping view of parts of Cuenca. Close to central parquet, Cafes, mercado. Walking distance to Tomebamba and the bus station. Plenty of taxis in the areas. Definitely THUMBS UP!!!

“JUST OK”
In this downtown hotel in Cuenca we stay 3 nights. In another visit to Cuenca I will book in a better hotel. It was clean but except for the hotel manager all other personnel do not have a client oriente attitude, seems are not in a happy mood for any thing. Overall it was a bad experience.

“Nice place ”
It’s about 3 stars in my opinion. Room is old and dated. The buffet sucks all I can drink is the coffee. There was bread but no toaster. There was fruits and cereal with sugar. The room was clean but the hot water is sketchy. The neighbor hood doesn’t look safe at night.
