“Best hotel in Cuenca”
Beautiful and comfortable hotel experience. Staff is extremely helpful and accommodating. I especially want to thank Alejandra in the dining room for her excellent service and making my visit very special. Highly recommend.

“Awesome Place”
Awesome place, Awesome staff, Awesome service, Awesome location. Very clean, very nice, very safe. Best place to stay when visiting Cuenca. Staff is super nice, and friendly. Hotel is very clean. The area around Oro Verde is very safe,and walkable.

The hotel staff was great - best hotel in Cuenca. Edison was very helpful and the food was excellent as well.. We will return to this hotel
