“Extremely friendly staff”
Visited Cuenca (and Ecuador) for the first time ever. I was recommended this hotel by a business partner. My spontaneous review is that this hotel must be one of the best in Cuenca. “Great location. Awesome breakfast”
Great location. Well maintained grounds. Nice rooftop. Awesome breakfast. Friendly staff. Spacious rooms. The best rates. About 10/15 minutes walk to downtown Cuenca. Internet could be a little faster but overall I had a stellar experience.

“Big meh!”
I used to believe this was such a cool and top hotel. Its location is prime, tho. Free breakfast has a buffet component but the main course is a la carte. Its food is very regular.
