“ Good value for location”
Good enough to stay for the night passing through Guayaquil. Staff was friendly enough and had my laundry done for a few dollars. It's an older place so expect the feel of that. Everything was clean and comfortable enough to get some sleep.

“Well located hotel”
Rooms were relatively clean and a good size certainly a budget type hotel! Kitchen was quite accommodating and certainly tried to give some variety to a basic breakfast! ! “Fair to fine”
The plusses: Budget rates, great location one block from Malecon, fairly decent breakfast, large rooms. The minuses: Hell to access wifi within rooms for two nights of my stay, Safes in rooms that do not work, Overall impression: Average hotel with an excelent location.
