We stayed here twice while on tour with Trip A Deal, and loved that we had been upgraded to this hotel. Breakfast was included and was very extensive. There is a bar in the evening called The Seven Bar which has a happy hour and serves food. Great reception area for a coffee and relax and lifts to all floors. Rooms were cleaned daily and free water supplied.

As a loyal and regular guest who has always considered the Concorde El Salam ( Cairo) our second home in Cairo since 2003, I am deeply saddened and disappointed by the shocking downgrade in the Executive Lounge's services during my recent stay. The current management policy has completely ruined what used to be a premium VIP experience. The lavish open buffet we used to enjoy is gone, replaced by a cost-cutting approach that feels disrespectful to high-tier guests: From 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM (Teatime): Instead of a proper open buffet with a variety of mini sandwiches and pastries, guests are now served a single, rigid pre-set plate with a few dry mini sandwiches (petite pan) and a tiny selection of sweets. The presentation and quality are shockingly poor and unacceptable for a 5-star hotel. From 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM (Happy Hour/Dinner): The open dinner buffet has been cancelled and replaced by a highly restricted à la carte plate. There is no variety, no flexibility, and most options are simply unavailable. Ultimately, it is not just about the food; this is not a free meal, as it is all fully paid for within our premium room rate. It is about the respect, appreciation, and flexibility that should be shown to a guest—especially a highly loyal, regular, and long-stay guest. This new policy of serving rigid, minimal plates instead of a proper premium buffet is a huge step backward. It falls short of 5-star standards and does not reflect the true hospitality of Concorde El Salam. Therefore, the higher management must urgently review its policies regarding the Executive Lounge, specifically to preserve the standards expected by their regular guests and to retain their loyal clientele.

English This hotel is excellent and welcomes tourists from all over the world. Overall, I had a great stay, but unfortunately I experienced a very disappointing situation at the swimming pool. I was not allowed to use the pool while wearing my shirt, and the staff insisted that I take it off. As visitors, we respect the local culture and religious traditions, but it was disappointing that the hotel did not show the same respect for the personal beliefs and choices of some of its guests. I was not comfortable taking off my shirt just to satisfy someone else’s expectations, so I chose to leave the pool instead. In my opinion, this was an unnecessary and discriminatory experience, especially at a hotel that welcomes international travelers from many different cultures and backgrounds. This was the only negative experience during my stay, but unfortunately it left a lasting impression on what was otherwise an excellent hotel. ⸻ العربية هذا الفندق ممتاز ويستقبل العديد من السياح من مختلف أنحاء العالم. كانت إقامتي جيدة بشكل عام، لكن للأسف تعرضت لموقف مخيب للآمال عند استخدام المسبح. لم يسمح لي الموظفون باستخدام المسبح وأنا أرتدي قميصي، وأصروا على أن أخلعه. نحن، كزوار، نحترم ثقافة البلد وعاداته، لكن من المؤسف أن الفندق لم يُظهر نفس القدر من الاحترام لخيارات ومعتقدات بعض ضيوفه. لم أشعر بالراحة في خلع قميصي لإرضاء أحد، لذلك فضلت مغادرة المسبح. بالنسبة لي، كان هذا تصرفًا تمييزيًا وغير مبرر، خاصة في فندق يستقبل سياحًا من ثقافات وخلفيات مختلفة. كانت هذه هي التجربة السلبية الوحيدة خلال إقامتي، لكنها للأسف أثرت على انطباعي عن الفندق.
