This 4 star hotel is located in the city centre of Cairo and was established in 1957. It is close to the Egyptian Museum and the nearest station is Sadat Station. The Hotel has 3 restaurants, a bar, a conference room and a coffee shop. All 290 rooms are equipped with minibar and air conditioning.
This hotel is located on the east bank of the River Nile, directly in Cairo's city centre. The famous Egyptian Museum as well as a wide range of other cultural attractions can be reached easily and quickly from here. Links to the public transport network are to be found just 300 m away, and offer an ideal method of exploring the city and its near surroundings.
The restaurant and coffee shop area face the Nile and lead off from the reception area. The restaurant is traditional Egyptian style with a very high ceiling and is in need of urgent refurbishment (although clean and presentable). There is also a Chinese restaurant leading off from the main dining area and it is in the same state, the food is good.
