This was my second stay in Almaza Bay. The first time I stayed at Crystal and really enjoyed the hotel and the whole experience, and this time I chose Oriental, which was absolutely beautiful. The biggest highlight for me is definitely the beach. The sea is incredibly clear and turquoise, the sand is white and soft, and the whole scenery really does remind you of the Maldives. There is a reason why Almaza Bay is called the “Egyptian Maldives.” I honestly didn’t use the swimming pool even once during my stay because the sea was simply too beautiful to leave. The hotel is all inclusive and the food is very good, with plenty of choice for different tastes. Since many of the guests are Italian, there is a nice selection of pasta and pizza, but there are also many other options such as fish, steaks, meat dishes, salads and plenty of fresh fruit. What I particularly liked is that the food is not limited to traditional Egyptian cuisine – there are many international and European-style options as well, so everyone can easily find something they enjoy. The service throughout the resort was excellent and the hotel, beach and common areas were very well maintained. I stayed in sea-view room 6230, and the view was absolutely worth it. Most rooms at the hotel have either a garden view or pool view, while there are only a limited number of rooms with a direct sea view. The sea-view rooms are slightly more expensive, but in my opinion they are definitely worth the extra cost. Waking up in the morning and looking directly at the turquoise sea from the room was one of my favourite parts of the stay. If you are booking a sea-view room, I would also strongly recommend requesting the second floor, as the view is much better from there. A special thank you to Mohamed, who took care of room 6230. He cleaned the room every day and everything was always exceptionally clean and perfectly organised. He was attentive, professional and did an excellent job throughout our stay. His service was truly at a very high level and deserves special recognition. Another nice addition to Almaza Bay is The Village, a stylish and quite fancy area with restaurants, cafés and shops, located only about a three-minute walk from the hotel. It is lovely to have somewhere nearby to walk around in the evening. Overall, Oriental is a beautiful hotel with a fantastic beach, great service, good food and one of the most beautiful seas I have seen in Egypt. I would definitely come back. 🌊🤍

Our stay at this hotel was a truly wonderful experience from beginning to end. The hotel and rooms are beautiful, clean, comfortable. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The beach is stunning, with crystal-clear water. A very special thank you goes to the entire staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, friendly, helpful, and always greeted us with a smile… especially Ali in dining room. Their professionalism, kindness, and genuine care for the guests made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you to the whole team for the wonderful moments, excellent service, and warm hospitality. A truly beautiful beach and sea, we have never seen it so clean. Free sunbeds at any time of the day, both on the beach and by the pool. The umbrellas on the beach could be bigger, they did not provide much shade. A hotel in a beautiful oriental style. But be prepared that if you arrive early in the morning, you will not get a bracelet or a room before 10 am, which does not seem right to me for such a high-quality and not exactly cheap hotel. Otherwise, the staff, room equipment, cleaning, everything was excellent. Big praise for waiter Ali, who always took perfect care of us in the main restaurant. The food was good, but the selection was quite limited, I guess we are used to something different, because the same thing was repeated over and over again, no great innovations or variety. I remind you that I am comparing price vs. quality......
