We had a great time in march 2026. The hotel is surrounded by beautifully kept green scenery. That is a huge job to jeep it green in a desert. There is a bay where you are able to swim even in windy days. The food is exellent! That is a first hotel where I could eat safely! A lot of glutenfree food which is clearly labeled. I am coeliac and that was fantastic! We enjoyed the holidays vey much. Thank You!

“We want to come back!”

Had a fantastic week at Tui Magic Life in February half term with my husband and our 15 year old twin boys. The weather was great and the fact the majority of the pools are heated was an added bonus. The staff were so attentive and helpful, they made our experience personal to us with little touches like remembering what we liked to drink. There are so many cats and they are really well looked after. I love cats so I was in my element but if you’re not a fan they won’t annoy you, they just like to sleep! The food was incredible, the best all inclusive food we’ve ever had. The restaurants you can book in to are 100% worth visiting. We especially loved the Asian meal. There’s a really good variety of food every evening and lots of snacks and pool side lunch meals too. Great beach, added bonus of being able to use the paddle boards and kayaks. Snorkelling at the end of the pier was amazing, we saw lots of different tropical fish. We also booked a boat trip with the guys on site at Chill Tours. We had our own private boat and saw a turtle which was got really close to and tons of amazing fish. Aquaman came with us and he was extremely knowledgeable and very good at holding his breath and diving far down. The fitness classes were really good, the team are all very encouraging and the music is great. I really enjoyed the water bike class. Overall it was a great week with so much to do and we’ve already looked to book again.

From the moment we arrived until the time we left we had a fabulous time. The amount of activities kept us busy when we wanted to join in, and entertained when we just wanted to watch (the entertainment staff are all so hard working and lovely). The hotel staff are incredibly helpful and friendly, and we loved our new towel sculpture on the bed each day.....our favourite was an elephant wearing a pair of our sunglasses! Our room was spotlessly clean the whole holiday, as was the entire hotel. The food was fantastic. If you have a dietary requirement you are well catered for, each dish at the buffet has the ingredients listed, including the spices. As a vegan, I ate so well, especially on the Egyptian night where so many options were 'accidentally vegan'. I genuinely can't fault the food; to have a vegan croissant and other pastries available for breakfast was a treat. If you are gluten intolerant you are also catered for with gluten free bread and each dish showing if gluten is an ingredient. There was also no cross contamination, as there were plenty of serving utensils, many won't see the importance of this but if you have an allergy it is so reassuring. This is how all hotels should be! Don't worry if you eat everything, they cater for you too with lots of meat and fish available. It is all so fresh and constantly being refilled. The guests were maybe 85% German, but if I'm honest we preferred this as most could speak fluent English and were all so friendly. Same applies to the staff, you won't find only speaking English a barrier. Some reviews have said the staff favoured the German guests, we did not find this at all, they were friendly and attentive to everyone so maybe this says more about those guests than the staff??!! Scuba school was also brilliant, Muhammad and Ali were great guides and the reef was beautiful. This is hands down the best all inclusive hotel we have been to, would 100% recommend....even the rebounder classes!!

A very nice and beautiful place where we truly unwinded. Yes, even with (young) children ;) Truly everything has been thought of and is available. We enjoyed the heated baby pool, the fitness center, the delicious food, the super friendly staff, the sunset on the beach, the playgrounds, the mini disco, the beautiful gardens, and of course, the sun. A special shout-out to the ladies from the Mymo mini club. What lovely and warm leaders, with also sense of humor. And super fun activities like making bracelets, photo frames from flowers they picked themselves, looking for crabs on the beach, making masks, making crowns. Our son chose to join in every single day.
