It’s our fourth time in Egypt. Every year same time, we were in different club hotels and finally we found a great club. Finally! Here everything is smooth. Staff is nice. The club is clean; food is really good and it’s feels almost like a large family. Many people we spoke to are regular customers over many years. Our son is 6 and it’s the first time he likes the kids club. Activities and staff are great there too. They really take care of the kids, keep them happy and excited. A big thank you to the amazing kids club team around Emilie and Louis and all others - our son really loved all the activities! He was sad to leave. From tennis to treasure hunt to football to beach activities and many more… it’s organized and well structured. It’s great all the time! We have been to way more expensive clubs than this one but this club has the best value for money. The gardens are beautiful and when we approached the gardener who was cutting flowers he even gave my wife a few and explained what it was…never seen that before! See pictures. Wow - staff all seem super well trained on customer interaction!!! Only downside is the WiFi, it’s poor almost everywhere but that was not so important for us. We will definitely come back next year and warmly recommend the club! It’s a bit of a hidden gem, so better keep the secret ;-) By the way when we were there most guests were from Germany, Austria, Switzerland, some British and very few French.

“Best Holiday ever”

Simply the best holiday! I was a little worried that the hotel was in the middle of nowhere before we arrived but once we arrived the remoteness was its charm. Its an Oasis. The staff are simply amazing - they made the holiday so memorable and need to make special shout outs to the Ross, Skye, Rafeal, Paulina and Joelina who went out of their way to make a real fuss of our boys every day and make it the holiday of their dreams. Dima, who's archery lessons were exellent and took me from the wall of shame to the wall of fame... and finally Esmat in the restaurant who was so friently went above and beyond every day. The food is simply superb - the best we've had overall - do fresh and varied every day. Every dish as an allegen list and also list of ingredients and so if you have any allegens/intollerances then this is great. The house reef was so much better than I was expecting - so teemig with life and better then many Scuba dives Ive done on other Red Sea reefs. Whilst there were so many positives to this holiday, there were some negatives that should be improved such as the following: 1) the beds - they are so hard and not very comfortable 2) You are constantly bothered by peple trying to sell you trips when you are trying to relax by the pool and can get a bit aggressive - it feels like we are thier cash cow. i eventually booked with one but later found out they were considerably more expensive than if I had booked with the TUI rep in the hotel - i thought they were all the same price as its the same hotel in the middle of nowhere... 3) My wife has a severe airborne nut allergy. We had emailed the hotel in advance but they had not communiated this internally. When we arrived we explained the situation and how putting nuts every where was a huge risk to my wife and so could they not do this. The hotel refused this as providing nuts was their policy... a compremise was made whereby we were only allowed in the main entertaiment area in the evening but were not able to be in the main bar / terrace. This is not really acceptable and the hotel should have been able to accomodate our special need - espeially as we told them in advance. This has been done in other Magic Life hotels such as the Mas Mavi without any issues. 4) most of the activities are for 16+ - this is a bit daft really as most of the activities should be able to be completed by younger children and impacted our ability to join in as a complete family... Even with these niggles, it was the best holiday - so much so that by the end of the holiday my 13year old wanted to become a Magic Life worker - so expect a call in a few years :) His "Waka Waka" karoake session with the full dance / entertaiment team was memorable for sure ....

Bit of a mixed bag, some positives and negatives to consider before booking: Positives Food - absolutely amazing. The choice, variety, taste all top quality. Always something for everyone. Those who say all-inclusive food is bland or average should go here and try, really impressive. Even the bread was amazing, the choice, the fluffiness, the variety. Meats were fantastic and varied. Desserts were amazing and varied. The oum ali is out of this world! Resort cleanliness - top quality. Public toilets were always freshly cleaned, everywhere was spotless. Negatives The flies. Oh my god the constant flies. Sat outside at the bar at night, flies all over you. Sat by the pool, flies all over you. Worst of all, flies over the food. Nothing was done to try and prevent this by covering the food or closing the doors. They just let flies roam free over the food. Yuk. The wifi. It's 2026 and the wifi in the rooms was non-existent or worse than dial up. It was ridiculous. Do yourself a favour and get an esim when you are there or before you go. But it really shouldn't be necessary in this day and age. You are expected to use the app to book things but it's not even possible as the wifi is so bad. The public wifi by the pool is much better but it really needs to be available all throughout the resort. A huge negative and frustrating experience. Lack of signage It would be very helpful to have more signs pointing the way around the resort. It is very confusing for a few days until you get your bearings. Pool towel system Really unnecessary and stupid. We gave our 2 pool towel cards to the guy on the first day and ask if we could have a couple extra for resting head on etc. he said no, 2 cards 2 towels. At 4pm we came back to the hut to get our cards and return our towels, he had gone. We ended up keeping the same towels for the 10 days. On checkout we were attempted to be charged 50 Euros for not having our pool towel cards to return. Absolutely ridiculous. I explained we had left them in the room and they checked and relented but this was a really sour way to end the holiday. What does a crappy towel cost, 50p? They need to do away with this whole system, Who is stealing pool towels honestly. Just factor an extra couple of quid into the all-inclusive price if you are that concerned. Smoking They allow smoking in the restaurant. Everyone sits outside and there are people lighting up during and after meals right next to you. How can this be a thing in 2026. Just make it no smoking and diners can wait until after for a ciggie.
