“.....amazing 5 days”

I would divide the review into 2 parts - firstly the hotel and secondly the food and service. 1) Hotel - if you have visited a SHERATON hotel in Europe (appearance, equipment, rooms...), you expect a similar standard elsewhere in the SHERATON hotel network. The hotel would need renovation - especially the rooms. They are clean and nice, but they would need renovation. It is mainly visible in the bathroom. The beds are comfortable, the TV is modern. What I mainly missed were electrical sockets. I couldn't find a free one, and if we wanted to charge 2 mobile phones, we had to turn off the table lamps from the mains. The only available outlet was in the bathroom, but if I plugged in the "hair iron" the current was so weak it wouldn't even start - and that was a choice of 110v or 230v. 2) food, service, animation team The hotel has a sufficient number of bars (in the main building, by the pool, on the beach) and also a sufficient number of places in restaurants (in the main building and in front of the beach). The food is excellent - varied, a large selection, different types of fruit. The bartenders are very friendly and we felt very comfortable. They take care of the beach, be it maintenance or cleanliness (garbage was collected continuously all day). I definitely don't want to leave anyone out (guys, sorry if I don't mention you all), but I definitely want to highlight Ahmed at the pool bar and ESPECIALLY DIAA at the beach bar. Their services for me 10/10. And I mustn't forget Mohamed - cleaning the rooms, same 10/10. The animation team had a bit of a hard time, many people mainly wanted to relax, but they always managed to interest and involve people in various activities. I salute the whole team - Aya, Tito and others too, 10/10 for me. The hotel is currently undergoing renovation, which I was worried about at first, but it is only a remodeling of a smaller building located in the hotel area, but the noise did not bother me at all. Overall, I can recommend the hotel, even if you have small children, a long gradual entrance to the sea... so it's about 5m from the shore, it's always up to your knees.

On 23 January 2020, the new Balearic Law against Tourism Excesses entered into force, which prohibits all-inclusive deals with unlimited alcoholic beverages. Only a maximum of three alcoholic beverages per guest will be served during lunch and/or dinner.
