We stayed at Coral Sea Beach and Aqua Park in Ain Sokhna for our wedding anniversary, and everything was just perfect! From the moment we arrived, the reception team — especially Mr. Abdelrahman and Ms. Esraa — made us feel special. They surprised us with a beautiful anniversary cake, romantic room decoration, and warm hospitality. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-arranged. The animation team was amazing — always full of energy, organizing great shows, music, and entertainment. The food was delicious and had a wide variety of options. The Aqua Park was also fantastic and so much fun! Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I will definitely come back again. Highly recommended! 💙

First time in Egypt, booked this holiday on a whim as winter was depressing me… First thing to notice was the security check on at the airport… it took ages, please don’t use the Visa’s you get on the planes as the airport security won’t accept them, they need original documents which they will give you. Your hotel is only 15 mins from the airport so you get there nice and quick! Once you arrive at your hotel, you will need to go through a security check in, and fill in paperwork which takes a while, there will be a porter to take your luggage to your room, and then you can relax… Breakfast is in the main restaurant as is lunch & dinner, however you can book the American restaurant or the Asian restaurant.. All inclusive is the best way to go… The downside bits of the hotel: It is a bit dated & could do with a re paint etc.. please remember North facing rooms don’t get the sun at this time of the year! Other than that… the staff are lovely & the food is great!!!

3.5/5 Good for locals and families . Don’t book through 3rd party app. Heated aqua park and indoor pool. Kids had a blast when it was too cold to swim outdoors ! Life guards on duty at pools and aqua park . Beach is nice - sandy on one side and rocky on the other ( with a large blue dock in the middle ) but there is more garbage around than one would expect ( perhaps a staff shortage issue ?) . You must take a golf cart to the beach . No espresso based coffee available at the beach but food and fresh juices can be ordered and brought over ( and they had Coke Zero and some other drinks available which was nice ). The food was good in terms of quality and flavour - particularly compared to comparable hotels in the area. Doctor on site was really great for family member of ours . The care was timely and really good . Very thankful for him. Esraa and the manager were very professional , kind and accommodating in the ways they could be . The hotel is maintained well. My main issue with this hotel was booking online . It seems they don’t know how to or are intentionally neglecting to offer costumer service to guests who book on third party apps . I tried requesting cancellation on the app before arriving and to book directly with the hotel but they ignored all of my messages, including an email directly to the hotel at the same email address that they were corresponding with me through up until that point. All ignored . When requesting to check out early due to health reasons they said they needed to hear from booking.com when booking called them about it , they would not respond and said they didn’t receive any messages from booking. They shouldn’t be on third party booking apps if they cannot or will not use them . Apparently the ‘ sales team ‘ is in Cairo and the reservation staff don’t have any ability to deal with booking ? Some strange passing of blame when it came to this all. Overall it’s not bad for whatever locals are paying . Major issues with whoever is responsible for online bookings and costumer service for online bookings though . I have never experienced a hotel be so disorganised and unhelpful in this respect .
